Stephanie's book is a personal account of her experience growing up and living with alcoholics. She says that the book is also about working through what holds people back and coming through to the other side.
She had felt so deeply about the message she wanted to deliver in the book that she went through a rollercoaster of emotions in the writing process and even after it was published.
