Description
SaintLeo: "I am blessed to still have the passion to do music and perform again, I have a ton of content to talk about and can't wait to share my journey with the world."
Welcome World! This is Concrete and Blossom Podcast and I am one of your favorite creator and hosts DawnTheDoll. On this episode we talk about music perpetuating violence and impacting the culture as we get to know Dallas based music artist Saint Leo. Let’s talk about it…
Recording artist known by the stage name SaintLeo, is an American rapper, singer and songwriter from Dallas, Texas. An independent recording artist whose influences are artists such as Scarface, Jay-Z, T.I., Drake, Outkast, Z-Ro, Big Krit, Ice Cube and Rick Ross. SaintLeo started writing songs and poems at the age of 13, shortly after his mother passed of stomach cancer. "I can remember just sitting in my room for days and not talking to anyone and just writing thoughts and rhymes." After taking a nearly 10 year hiatus, he jumped back into the rap scene by releasing EP, Music U Can Feel (2020) and Respectfully, Yours (2020).
So listen listeners, music is meant to be felt by the soul. When your soul is moved it can sometimes cause that ass to be thrown in a circular motion. We have to understand that there would be an appropriate time and place for that. I said all that to say, be cognizant of the energy of music that you continuously pour into your soul.
