Description

Just in time for the start of Autumn, this tall and inspiring bloom takes centre stage for Fabulous Flowers tv podcast this week.  Not something Lucy is familiar with, Paulie shares his passion for this unforgettable flower that brings such impact to displays he creates with his devoted team.

Eremurus is sometimes known as the ‘firework flower’ or even the ‘bottlebrush’ because of its far reaching, explosive inflourscense.  Hailing from Asia and central Europe it stands majestically in sunny climates and brings height and impressiveness at the back of any garden border or as a stand alone feature plant.  It not only takes the limelight…..but with its capability to tower more then ten feet over most other plants, it commands it!

Hear what floral traumas Eremurus can bring for Paulie’s contract rounds when using it for decorations and celebration installations.  Although bringing joy to the beholder, it can be a tricky one to dismantle and clear away after its time is over.

With the Autumn equinox fresh in our minds and the hedgerows and trees beginning to bear final fruits before turning into their final hurrah with golden, red and orange hues, you need to hear all about how the Crab Apple has transcended generations and is till used to make a wonderful and sweet jelly.

The zodiac star sign of Libra comes with a rather wonderful bloom attached.  You can be proud of this if you are lucky e enough to be born between Septetmer 24th and October 23rd as a Libra and if you know a Libra, then spoil them with a gift or a vase full - just to show them you care.

It’s another wonderful, heart warming ramble through all things floral and Autumnal with light hearted banter and humorous, uplifting floral facts from our Fabulous Flowers tv duo Paulie & Lucy.

Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, there will most certainly be 20 minutes in your week to let this fun flowery and so very informational harvest gathering, flow over you and warm the cockles of your heart through your listening ears.

Made especially for you - for flowers sake!  And as if it wasn’t enough, you can also tune into this episode in full visual technicolour on the Fabulous Flowers tv channel, over on YouTube.  The unedited version of this podcast is there, in all its raw glory.  Brace, brace!
