This week on the podcast we are talking about your wedding party. What is expected of you and what you can expect to pay for. I bet you have been thinking about this moment for a while, asking your best friends, having them all there on your day, getting dressed up, being pampered together and then spending the day together celebrating your wedding day.
I mean we all fantasise about this time in our lives...it’s the BEST!
Then as you start to shop, plan and get yourself ready all of a sudden the items start to add up! Having a wedding party is expensive. You didn’t plan for this and now you’re wondering how the hell you’re going to pay for it?
Then you start to think, ok can I ask them to pay for things? Is that the right thing to do?
I want to unpack what the requirements are for you as a couple when you walk into asking your wedding party. For me there are a few very clear rules that you need to follow so you don’t end up broke or losing a friendship over it.
My advice might seem simple but trust me when I say simple works.
