We're living in a time of accelerated energetic changes and shifts which can sometimes feel overwhelming and ungrounding while we live out our day to day.
We talk about how we can acknowledge what is surrounding us and allow our inner world to process the changes and shifts so we can continue to personally benefit within the collective.
