A magical yoga teacher, mother + STI advocate from Canada joins us to share her journey, challenges and healing around motherhood, homebirth,  and IUD trauma. Emily shares her own experiences with stis, her journey with HPV and holistical healing, and sheds light on herpes stigma. I personally worked with Emily in March 2020, healing through a lot of my deep pains through, her womb healing meditation & yoga course. This womb healing work through yoga + meditation was foriegn to me until I met Emily. I was so nervous and had a lot of fear and worry but Emily guided me through this new journey so beautifully, holding space for safety, judgement free and loving connection.
