This episode, our guest is Ijaz Ahmed from Soghaat Bakery and Sweets - a traditional Pakistani bakery. More than three years ago, Ijaz had trouble finding Pakistani cuisine and desserts during his short trips to Qatar. And so, he set out to establish his own restaurant with authenticity and tradition at its core. Today, Ijaz and his team serve the local South Asian community at two different branches under the Soghaat banner.
