These fascial connections amplify muscular force and provide crucial neuromuscular coordination through nerve feedback systems. Ever misjudge stepping off a curb? That's your fascial system at work.

Understanding myofascial expansions helps therapists work more effectively by looking beyond the individual muscles and considering the more expansive interconnected whole.
