In this special episode of RTNT, we interviewed members of the Progress Place clubhouse to talk about what it means to have equity in employment through Progress Place’s Transitional Employment Program.  We also have a segment featuring Conaí Clubhouse from Dublin, Ireland as they share their stories regarding TEP. 
​This episode is inspired by World Mental Health Day, celebrated annually on October 10. The significance of mental health in the workplace is vital towards the goal of making a significant impact on our daily lives and recovery journey.
