Drawing from inspiration from the children’s book Have You Filled a Bucket Today?—that she read to her children when they were younger. She talks about deciding to avoid turning grumpy as she ages and asks the question: "why don't adults read this book? We are the ones that need reminding. Because, let’s face it, why not inspire to be a great a bucket-filler and make the world a better place with smaller acts of kindness?
