After working in fitness for 15+ years and now being in my 40s, I have learned a thing or two about the human body and how it works. This has allowed me to grow and evolve my approach to fitness numerous times over the years not only for me but for my clients. If I were to go back in time and start over, there are some things I would do differently knowing what I now know. I am a person who is all about efficiency so it’s crucial that we are lifting as efficiently as possible in order to build our strongest, most resilient body.
