Vanessa is a physical therapist and best friend of ours who we met at Loma Linda University. 

She is a San Diego native who began her career in long term care and has now found herself living in a new state, purchased a house, and transitioned from staff PT to Rehab Director. 

In this episode we discuss her journey through a brief trial as a travel therapist, which provides plenty of examples of what can go wrong during an assignment.   Followed by gaining experience as a home health therapist and ultimately how it helped prepare her for a new role in a manager position.
