On this episode, I chat with Hana, a Mum of 2 to Ray (4yrs) and Toby (10months). Hana practices as a Professional Witch, Taro and Astrologist. She talks to me about her battle with PND, PNA, OCD and a relapse in an eating disorder, which eventually lead her to be admitted to a Mother & Baby Unit. She also talks about how she developed PTSD from parenting and mentions that her husband was diagnosed with depression, which she believes was PND, after the birth of her second child Toby.
