Happy Thanksgiving! We pray that this holiday season finds you blessed, protected & cared for. Your favorite aunties are back & couldn't be happier to be publishing our second episode for Thanksgiving! This isn't are typical jovial episode but we had to take a moment to reflect on the sad and disturbing lawsuit/dialogue that's currently surrounding Hip Hop mogul, Sean "P.Diddy" Combs & his former girlfriend (and others) and R&B artist, Cassie Ventura.
There isn't anything funny about this subject matter. However, P. Diddy has had a substantial impact on pop culture & this glitch in the matrix is worthy of reflection. Hopefully people will take this as an opportunity to acknowledge these types of injustices & brainstorm better ways to scrutinize & counter this type of behavior in real-time. The "Me Too Movement" has finally made it to Hip Hop & so it begins....Black Lives Matter right?
