We are so excited to have the co-founder of Folding Mountain Brewing and Ultra-Marathon runner Jason Griffiths as a guest on this episode! This episode was recorded on the patio of the Brewery as we dig into the creation of Folding Mountain Brewing and a little inside look at the operation of it.
Jason recently completed the Grande Cache Death Race and he breaks down his training and the epic adventure of the race. Jason offers some advice for people that are looking at getting into running and even expanding into ultra-marathons.
