January recap and and update on Wed Shred progress.
Have time with a personal shopper next week to help me find appropriate clothing for June. Needless to say I am very excited about that....
Down 1.7kg since the start of the year so moving in the right direction. If I can get sub 80 that will be a huge result (would be the first time in ~12 years!)
Also, viva Rasmus Højlund. What a man.
