Once SkyWest AFA is certified as your collective bargaining representative, your negotiating team will swing into action at the bargaining table. It's essential to note that negotiations will be conducted under the Railway Labor Act, not under management's control. Furthermore, SkyWest Flight Attendants will determine the priorities of these negotiations, resulting in a tentative agreement that SkyWest Flight Attendants can vote to approve.
