Salah isn’t just about going through the motions—it’s a daily check-in, a reset, and a way to stay grounded. "The first deed for which a person will be called to account on the Day of Judgment will be his Salah. If it is found to be sound, he will be safe and successful; but if it is incomplete, he will be unfortunate and a loser."
(Sunan al-Tirmidhi 413, Sahih according to Al-Albani)
