Welcome to Episode 10 of The Dry Ground Podcast! We are talking about the actual Exodus during this episode! The narrative has been leading up to this moment. It feels like we have been waiting for this escape for a long time and that feeling is a part of the intention of the Torah writers! By the time you get here you feel like you are bursting out of Egypt yourself! We will talk about the Egyptians crazed pursuit of the Israelites, why we think the Red Sea is better represented by the name 'Sea of Reeds'. As well, what is with that mysterious pillar of cloud and fire? We will talk about it. We see the sea part and the Israelites walk out of Egypt untouched on 'Dry Ground'!
