Cody is co-founder and co-CEO of Double Eagle Energy Holdings and chair of the Board of Regents of the Texas Tech University system. Cody joins to discuss his plan to save college sports, including amending the Sports Broadcasting Act to permit the pooling of college football television rights, capping spending on athletes and coaches, protecting collegiate Olympic and women's sports, and his conversations with President Trump.
