It is estimated that 80% of those who put their faith in Christ will walk away from faithfulness to Christ within a short period of time. Grant Edwards believes that the answer to this epidemic is to quickly start discipling these new believers and get them grounded in the faith. Grant is the founder of Discipling Another, and the author of First Steps Conversations, a one-on-one discipleship method that focuses on the first three months following conversion. It is also helpful for older Christians who have not been through foundational discipleship.
