It's the skill set of being able to multiply our money.

There's always a focus on the lazy servant because we want to avoid pain but rarely do we focus on the two who were called good and faithful. What made them good and faithful and what skills did they possess?

When you look at the parable you'll find three different levels of money management. One allows for the money to be multiplies, one will growth your money, and the third method does neither.
