You may remember Chef Hughes (hughesfoods.com) from a previous episode of The Super Fantastic Show, as we discussed the inception of his art influenced dinner series, The Dopaliscious.
This time he joins us to discuss his success, lessons learned, and the pop culture influences that move him creatively in the kitchen.
