Your brain is lazy. Yep, I said it. In fact, all your brain wants to do is exert the least amount of energy possible. That’s why it creates habits. How does your brain know it's time to brush your teeth? Odds are it's because you've been doing it at the same time for years. HINT, HINT, your brain is wired to continue to perform the same habits that have been serving you in one way or another. This is otherwise known as the autopilot function.
