Many of you folks have asked what kind of supplements I add to my coffee so I thought I'd do an episode on that. JUST TO REITERATE - I am not a medical professional so PLEASE do your own research into all of these items and how they can affect your body.  


1) MCT Oil - for cognitive improvement, especially if you are on keto or a low carb diet.   


2) Collagen - helps with hair, skin and nails and should be taken on an empty stomach which is why I include it with my coffee.  


3) Lion's Mane Mushroom - many cognitive benefits reported here including focus and memory.  


4) Bacopa Monnieri - helps with forming and retaining memory.
