Happy Pi Day! I had a last minute surprise treat of meeting up virtually with my friend, Luke Thompson, from Minnesota. Luke and I discuss the theology and philosophy of circles and spirals, which can be a helpful way to frame the way in which we journey mentally, spiritually, and psychologically from one level of understanding and faith to the next; "farther up and farther in" in the beautiful words of C.S. Lewis. Luke also shares his spiritual journey from being an "evangelical mutt", through reformed churches, and eventually landing in the Orthodox Church...Enjoy!
