In 1993, four years before the Stocks family was found murdered in their home, charges were brought against Jack Walls by Doug Hogan, a 16 year old boy in a neighboring town. In this episode, we examine the circumstances surrounding that case, the aftermath of the Hogan trial and just how far the town of Lonoke would go to protect Jack Walls.
