Description

In this episode Saul and Andrew are joined by Rosamund Christie who is a leader in the area of adaptive leadership development in Australia to reflect on that work over the past 20 years. Rosamund ran the Sydney Leadership Program at Social Leadership Australia for many years, a provocative adaptive leadership development experience that has had lasting impact on participants and their organisations many years later. She leads much of the adaptive work at the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) in her role as Adjunct Associate Professor and brings her own unique blend of challenge and support to her private coaching and consulting work.
