That axiom remains true in business and life but for John Doran, the risk was especially great considering he was walking away from a stable teaching career, tenure, benefits and a six-figure salary - with two kids. The Native New Yorker and Owner of Plugin Station Online (PISO) not only took the leap, but now runs one of the most successful EV Charging Station installation companies in the Northeast and will share his knowledge at this year’s EV Charging Summit.
