In this episode, I’m unpacking what it feels like to constantly hear your name in conversations that don’t concern you. Whether it’s someone making a slick comment about how I showed up to an event (even though I was minding my business), or hearing I got mentioned at a party I didn’t even know about — it’s been a weird little streak of fake energy.

There’s also been some messy moments lately where people are clearly using my name to get reactions out of others — and I’m just not here for it. I’m not getting too deep, because this isn’t about the drama — it’s about that feeling. Of being misunderstood, misrepresented, and honestly just tired of fake energy.
