This week we talk with Parker Louis, a Columbus-based neo-soul artist who has been making waves both locally and worldwide. In the two years since his previous band Forest and the Evergreens went on indefinite hiatus, Parker has released two outstanding EPs, toured with artists such as CAAMP and O.A.R., and (most recently) performed a live session at Colors Studios in Berlin that has already amassed nearly 300k views on YouTube. His records, entitled "All Good Things," explore themes of love and loss with an irresistibly soulful backdrop, all while centered around his powerful voice.
In the episode, we talk about Parker's connection with skateboarding, Black Lives Matter, and his time recording at Colors (where Ethan gets to the bottom of just how they pick the colors), and much more.
