The problem that sends you to the bottom isn't the problem. The meaning that you have given that problem is what creates the downward spiral.


In today's episode we talk about how your beliefs determine what you're experiencing. What you believe will either empower you to a breakthrough or disempower you to live a life that is reactionary. Fear is the result when you feel disempowered, and your fearful emotion causes the brain to move into a primal state of thinking and respond in fight, flight, or freeze.


James chapter one says to ask for wisdom when you need it. Yet, if you do not ask in faith you should not expect to receive anything but you will be double minded - tossed around like the waves of the sea. This happens when you react and respond in fear.
