This week I will be kicking off series two of the podcast, which is focused around the themes of leadership, strategy, and development. Collegiate cycling provides interesting and creative opportunities for students, coaches and support staff to take it upon themselves to grow the sport of cycling at the college level. This episode I sat down with out going president Allison and in coming president Jonah from Cal Poly to discussion how they have fostered an exciting club dynamic that with their own challenges has persevered year over year as a great club program in the west.
