It’s time to finally deal with Toho’s take on Frankenstein’s Monster. This week, Terence Johnson and Aaron Neuwirth cover another small set of films in the form of 1965’s Frankenstein vs. Baragon and 1966’s The War of the Gargantuas, both directed by Ishiro Honda. Listen to hear the guys cover both Godzilla-universe films and what they think of Toho’s efforts to bring forth one of the classic movie monsters by way of kaiju battles, let alone what to make of the oddball, action-packed sequel involving not one, but two Gargantuas.
