Description

On Aug. 9, Seneca County Commissioner Anthony Paradiso and Emergency Services Director Ken Majors joined County PR Director Jimmy Flint  to discuss the future of EMS in the county.

On Aug. 5 an important meeting was held with local officials to discuss the topic of EMS coverage in the rural areas in the county (outside of the areas covered by Tiffin and Fostoria's paid squads). During the meeting, the commissioners presented a PowerPoint to provide a plan and a path forward to improve service and build long-term sustainability.

During the podcast, the trio recounted the meeting and discussed some of the intricacies of the county's vision for building upon past successes to accomplish the common goal of all involved: to provide quick, reliable and quality prehospital care in 10 minutes or less to anyone who needs it in the local service area.
