On this episode we talk through the idea of Authenticity. What does it mean for us to be authentic to our coworkers and clients as we carryon with every day life. We avoid authenticity out of fear of being judged and we completely understand that. It take courage to be authentic and to be your true self. Someone else will always have an opinion but the fear of those opinions cannot keep us from being true to who we are at our core.
