Tony Seifert is a Navy EOD Operator who has an exhausting hobby. In his free time he goes out and trains, running mile after mile, eventually spending his weekends competing in races of 32-100 miles. That's right, up to 100 miles at a time.
In this podcast Tony talks about what got him into running ultra marathons and what it's like to compete in a race where you have many competitors, but the hardest one is yourself.
