Aauuuggghhh! I am so IRRITATED at how often homicide detectives, when questioning possible suspects, will ask an important question and instead of just waiting for an answer, they'll immediately follow it - before the person can even ANSWER - with, "orrrr, {insert easy response that suspect can then claim and get out of answering more truthfully}." for example "... Take you downtown and play the recording to help jog your memory?.... Orrrr, do you think it's been too long and you just won't remember?" 😳😳😳 wtffffff?? Of COURSE they're going to take the easy answer and not get INVOLVED. FFSSSS. (lol, sorry... It's just a long-term pet peeve of mine.) 🤷🏼‍♀️
