Having trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or sleeping in a new environment are all very common problems. Overtime your body gets comfortable sleeping in the same bed with the same environmental factors. The lack of sleep might be your body’s way of telling you to shake things up and introduce alternative methods into your routine.
