Inspiration:
I wanted to create a WoT themed cocktail for the holidays. Even though Bel Tine represents the start of spring, oftentimes it's still wintry weather & the warm flavors of this cocktail warm your heart & soul.
Cocktail Recipe:
In a cocktail shaker without ice, pour:
2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo gin
2 oz chai concentrate
1 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz grenadine
1 oz egg white (or 1 egg white)
dry shake, then add ice, shake till cold
double strain into glass
garnish 4 drops of cardamom bitters then swirl with pick
