Alcair Dal
Inspiration: Wanted a cocktail to represent Alcair Dal (the Golden Bowl). Wanted a golden like cocktail, so I thought of a pinapple margarita with some other flavors.
Cocktail Recipe:
In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour:
2 oz tequila blanco
0.5 oz triple sec
0.5 oz pear simple syrup
0.5 oz lime juice
2 oz pineapple juice
Shake and strain into a margarita glass
