James Bulger was a two-year-old boy from Kirkby, Merseyside, England, who was abducted, tortured, & murdered by two 10-year-old boys, Robert Thompson and Jon Venables. The two boys abducted James from a shopping mall in plain sight right under his mothers nose. It’s hard to imagine how two 10 year olds can be so cruel & senseless.
