In today's episode, I have the great pleasure of sitting down at conference table next door to my office with a man that I admire and appreciate...a man that has taught be a ton...our business owner, Andrew Waites. Andrew is far more than a boss. He leads and equips employees to do their jobs well and to learn how to not only make the business better but also how to make themselves better. 

Andrew is the former best seller on eBay. He is literally the reason that eBay sells clothing items on their site. He revolutionized the way we shop online, yet is not credited with that in any way...nor does he want the credit. He is an entrepreneur that understands how to see a need, how to see how to solve it, and then how to turn that into a successful business. 

I could go on, but you probably should just listen.

He also is a father of 3, and in this episode he talks about the things he has learned over the years, his faith, and the key advice that he has for all those young dads out there.
