Description
Legislation was passed and now the Governor of Florida has signed it into law. Effective July 1st Florida becomes one of the very few states to allow autonomous vehicles to operate on public roads without a human behind the wheel (or in the vehicle for that matter). This is seen as a major move on attracting Waymo, Aptiv, Advanced Technologies Group (Uber), as well as others to the state.
