For many, the idea of where to purchase land can be a difficult one, as well as how to come about purchasing it. This along with planning, a huge things which need to be looked at before pushing ahead with the building of properties or a property. 

From a developer point of view, we look at how they are purchasing land, in the outskirts of towns and cities, or in wasteland / previously used sites. 

As well as this, we take a look at where we expect new developments to pop up in the local area, for those keeping an eye out for new housing developments to purchase as their first home, or as an investment property.
