It had grown to over a thousand villages, towns, and cities spread from current Northern Afghanistan to almost the Southern state of Gujarat in India. Such a large civilization neither had a legendary conqueror nor a mighty army. Very little is spoken about them because neither did they leave lavish palaces nor did they best impossible wars.
