In this first episode, we are joined by Dr. Kim Davies, sociologist and criminologist, Interim Dean of Pamplin College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at Augusta University.   

We discuss some of the reasons behind the recent jump in homicide rates during 2020, and try to understand some of the issues involved.  

We also explore some lighter issues, such as Lego Blocks.
