Intro to me and my first few years as a CrossFitter
No-Reps, we all know we get them on occasion, and most of us do not like them - but why? Here are my thoughts on why encouraging no-reps in all training environments is a good thing and holds us not only accountable to movement standards but actually benefits those of us who train for life and vitality by having good form.
