The 11 Principles framework was developed by school leaders and character education researchers, and it serves as a guide for schools that are building a culture of character.  Today's guest is Dr. Kara Chism, a Samford University professor and the Director of Professional Learning at the Hope Institute in Birmingham, Alabama.
