Description

A strength-based approach to health is predicated on the basis of self-determination and a focus on what is positive when it comes to our health and its associated outcomes. In it we attempt to define and discuss strength-based approaches including it’s perceived positives and negatives.

We talk about the Pollyanna principle in health and behaviour, including what it is and if it serves us often and always. Then we jump into practical optimism and how we can try to visualise multiple angles to a narrative and what might best work with it as an approach, including being grateful.
